Bagel Croutons

Why settle for ordinary old croutons when you can create your own using our handmade premium bagels? Here’s how you do it!

 

  1. Gather olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and some dried thyme.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Cut your bagels up into either snack-size (1 ¼” square) or traditional bite-size croutons (¾”).
  4. Place your cut up bagel croutons on a baking sheet and apply olive oil before sprinkling salt & pepper, dried thyme and garlic powder as per your liking, then toss gently to mix it up.
  5. Put your croutons in the oven and bake until golden brown. Flip the croutons occasionally for an even cook.
  6. Remove from the oven after 8-10 minutes of cooking, and allow for cooling before serving.
