Bagel Quiche

Ready for something sophisticated, delicious and healthy? You can use our bagels to create a delicious quiche snack in no time flat! Here’s how.

 

  1. Gather 2-3 eggs along with the ingredients you’d like in your bagel quiche (i.e. – peppers, broccoli, mushroom, cheese, etc).
  2. Cut your bagel in half and hollow out the interior carefully so as to create a “bowl” for your egg and ingredients to pool.
  3. Pour whisked egg yolk into the bagel, and add in your ingredients until you achieve your desired mix.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Apply nonstick spray to a piece of foil and wrap around the sides of your bagel, leaving the top exposed.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the egg has set, then remove and eat immediately for the full effect.
